Shipping and Handling
We ship orders for in-stock products the next business day. We ship all orders by Ground Service, delivered within 2 to 10 business days normally. Overnight or Second day delivery is subject to extra charge. Shipping and handling charges are based on the products in your order. We may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS or any other carrier to deliver products to you.
Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are valid while supplies last and are subject to change without notice. GA residents are charged 7% sales tax.
Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so the same day before 4 PM EST. If your order has been shipped, there will be a 15% cancellation fee plus shipping and handling.
No cancellation will be made for custom-made, silk screening, embroidery, and all special orders once they are in production.
International Orders
We do not ship to any address outside of United States, also excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories.
Special Orders
All special orders including screen printing, embroidery, and custom made products must be pre-paid in advance with a credit card, check, or money order.
