Shipping and Handling
We ship orders for in-stock products, the next business day. We ship all orders by Ground Service delivered, 2 to 10 business days normally. Overnight or Second day delivery is subject to extra charge. Shipping and handling charges are based on the products in your order. We may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS or any other carrier to deliver products to you.
Prices and Sales Tax
All prices valid while supplies last and are subject to change without notice. GA residents are charged 7% sales tax.
Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order please do so the same day before 4pm EST. If your order has been shipped, there will be a 15% cancellation fee plus shipping and handling, No cancellation will be made for custom-made, silk screening, embroidery and all special orders once they are in production.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery of the order. The returns are subject to following conditions:
Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order
Original Packing & Carton Labels should remain intact for our verification
Returns will not be accepted without our Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Re-Stocking Charge of 15% is Applicable
Items that are NOT returnable are:
Used or Washed items
Partial Pack (if sold by the dozen MUST be returned unused by the dozen - NO refund for Partial Items)
Damaged products and those not in a re-sellable condition or which are used
Special or Custom-made Orders
Products without original packing
RA # (Return Authorization Number)
To return any product, please contact us by phone at 678-528-5903 0r via email at customerservice@speedysuppliers.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Indicate the reason for your return and put "Return Authorization Request" as the subject of the email. (Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.) Once you receive a Return Authorization Number, please make sure to include any packaging slips and wrap the package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt and email with your return package. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the box. Orders that are returned that are non-refundable will not be refunded.
Refused Orders
Products that are refused at delivery, are assessed a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
Refunds
We will gladly refund your purchase order price upon receipt of your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling charges only if it is a result of our error. For items that are returned, we charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returns after 14 days will not be allowed. Credit Card refunds are issued to the same credit card number, which was used to pay for the item.
Damaged Goods
In the event you should receive any product from us damaged, do not accept delivery of the product(s) and notify the carrier (such as UPS or motor freight) at the time of the attempted delivery that the product or package was damaged. International Orders
We do NOT ship to any address outside of United States, also excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.
Special Orders
All special orders including screen printing, embroidery and custom made products must be pre-paid in advance with a credit card, check or money order.
Not responsible for typographical or other print errors, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
