ReturnPolicy

Ifyou are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery of the order. The returns are subject tofollowing conditions:

Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order

Original Packing & Carton Labels should remain intact for ourverification

Returns will not be accepted without our Return AuthorizationNumber (RA#)

Re-Stocking Charge of 15% is Applicable

 

Items that are NOT returnableare:

Used or Washed items

Damaged products and those not in a re-sellable condition or whichare used

Special or Custom-made Orders

Products without original packing

  

RA # (Return Authorization Number)

To return any product, please contact us by phone at 770-447-0801 or via email at customerservice@speedysuppliers.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Indicate the reason for your return and put "Return Authorization Request" as the subject of the email. (Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.) Once you receive a Return Authorization Number, please make sure to include any packing slips and wrap the package securely. Include your name,address, phone number, copy of invoice and email address with your return package. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the box. Orders that are returned that are non-refundable will not be refunded. 

 

Refused Orders

Products that are refused at delivery, are assessed a minimum of15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.

 

Refunds

We will gladly refund your purchase order price upon receipt ofyour returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping and handlingcharges only if it is a result of our error. For items that are returned, wecharge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returns after 14 days will not be allowed. Credit Card refunds are issued to the same credit card number, which was used topay for the item.

  

Damaged Goods

In the event you should receive any product from us damaged, do not accept delivery of the product(s) and notify the carrier (such as FedEx, UPS or any other) at the time of the attempted delivery that the product or package was damaged.
