SpeedySuppliers Return Policy
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

 

Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Original packing and carton labels should remain intact for our verification.

Returns will not be accepted without our Return Authorization number, or RA#. (See below for details)

We are not responsible for return shipping. A re-stocking charge of 15% is applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns of the following items:

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Special or custom-made orders.

Products without original packing.  

Partial Pack- if an item is sold by the dozen, it must be returned by the dozen - there is no refund for partial items.
 

RA # (Return Authorization Number) 

A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. To request a Return Authorization number, please contact via email at customerservice@speedysuppliers.com.

Indicate the reason for your return and put "Return Authorization Request" as the subject of the email. You should receive your Return Authorization number within the next business day.

Once you receive a Return Authorization number, please pack the items and any packing slips securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and a copy of the receipt with your return package. Write the Return Authorization number on the box and on the copy of the receipt inside the box. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, include a copy of the email you received instead.

Orders that are specified as non-returnable will not be refunded.

 

Refused Orders 

Products that have been refused at delivery are assessed a restocking fee (minimum of 15%), plus all shipping charges.

  

Refunds 

Upon receipt of returns, we will gladly refund the price you paid for the products. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling charges, but only if it is a result of our error.

For items that are returned, we charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Credit card refunds are issued to the same credit card number which was used to pay for the item.

Items that are specified as non-returnable and orders that are special or custom-made will not be refunded.

 

Damaged or Missing Items 

In the unlikely event that your items are damaged in transit, refuse the delivery and notify the carrier (e.g. UPS or truck freight) at the time of the attempted delivery.

International Orders
We do not ship to any address outside of the United States, also excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.

 

Special Orders
All special orders (including screen printing, embroidery and custom-made products) must be pre-paid in advance with a credit card, check, or money order.
